• Kabaddi: PKL 12 saw Bengaluru Bulls beat Haryana Steelers 40-33 while Puneri Paltan were comprehensively beaten 37-48 by Patna Pirates.

• Chess: Gukesh, Pragg lost in Round five, to fall behind leader Maghsoodloo.

• Archery: Rishabh Yadav, Prathamesh Fuge and Aman Saini lost in the quarterfinals of the men's compound individual event at the World Championships.
